We asked 3 times for a roll-away bed and then had to go down and ask for sheets. They forget my clean towels one day and had no fridge or microwave and still paid the $75 per night.

Just as an aside, wtf is it with hotel/motel carpets, these days?

Haven't seen/experienced clean carpets in eons, it seems.

I have an idea why this is, but I'll keep it to myself.
Ranked No. #1 in initial quality

Idiots, simply by being idiots, seem capable of achieving randomly bad things that are beyond the imaginings of sensible people.

    LOL

I didn't have an issue with the 1st hotel in indy. We played beer pong on the ping pong table and they never bitched.

    No air - got moved

We got in late, so I spent the first night in a very warm room. The next day I left it on full blast all day but still had no cool air when we got back into the room at 4:00 so I stayed in my sons room (air working great there) while calling the front desk about it 6 times. After telling me it was fixed twice, they moved me to a suite. Not a wonderful room, but it was an upgrade and it did have a microwave and fridge. I guess they tried, but like others have said, we were outside most of the time. Thanks Lori for the effort involved in locating a hotel - even of it wasn't what you expected.
