    Technical Questions about Megans/Control Arms

Hey guys, I have a few questions about my new suspension setup.

    1. There is a black knob on top of the Megans and right under it is a silver nut/bolt looking thing. The black knob clicks but I'm not sure what the silver part does. Anyone know?

Edit: Found this online. The silver knob threads the black adjustment knob into place.

    2. Can I take the shock completely out of the bottom housing? I want to take it apart and mark 30MM/80MM up the threads so I know it is in far enough, but don't want to mess anything up. I am assuming it just comes off no problem.

    3. I bought Maximal Teflon control arms, but they are sloppy in the spot where they mount to the frame. Even with the included spacers, they don't fit snug like the stockers do and they will be sliding back and forth on the bolt if I install them as is. Am I missing something? I measured the arm ends with the spacers using a caliper and they were something like 1.78" and the stockers were 1.995". Can somebody check their control arm ends/bracket on their car?

    Thanks!

Ended up having to put washers in to make up for the slop in the control arms. One of the new bolts for the control arm also stripped.. nothing can ever go smoothly.

Did you email me about those spacers? Just want to make sure 2 people aren't having the issues.
