Thats why you pay with paypal. If it becomes a scam or whatever your money will come back. May take a little while but you can get it back.

I just contacted him asking if he allowed local pick up. If so, I would be willing to play middle man. I may even attempt to budget one.

Just because Paypal decides a dispute is in your favor, if the funds are not there anymore , you are S.O.L. But IF you used a credit card, you can call your credit card company and file and they will do WAY more than what Paypal is willing to do in a situation like that.

The seller has sold at least 4 of these AEM's for our platform with positive feedback. I see the negatives were mostly for slow shipping times. I think he may be drop shipping these from another source. As long as you use Paypal, I think you'd be safe. However, I'd be prepared for slow shipping.
