Gauging Interest: Aluminum Lower Door trim.

    Update

    10/4/10

Fits perfect added a Twin Turbo Logo. I haven't installed it yet but you will drill a hole and add this mount, which I will provide.

With an added option the whole will have CF backing like this.

I work at a manufacuring company with many CNC and Laser Cutting machines at my disposal with a staff of 150.

I got the approval from my work to manufacture these and if there is enough interest, I will invest into making these. It first started off as i wanted to replace my ugly carpet door trim with something more nice and I figure other people may want it too. The possible price would be from 80-100 dollars and I will only sell on which I have in stock and include instructions how to install.

Edit: reading fails me! Still I'd like to see this installed. Do you plan to make them the same?

Plans to have different logos cut through, and a carbon fiber one as seen in the picture.

Yes. Please. Two of my cars don't even have the driver side carpet piece on because it's fallen off so much the screws won't hold it.

    Like on my door
The door is in decent shape, but the carpet won't hold into it so...

    Line up the trim.
mark the holes in the trim onto the door panel.
    Drill the holes
Remove the door panel off and put the plate and nut on the inside and bolt it on the other side.

It will look flush and a lot sturdier then the stock carpet IMO.

    Going to make 20 sets

I will be interested but all my aluminum trims have the GTO logo instead of 3000GT. Is this possible?

Yeah it is, I will have a couple variations made.

I will only sell on what I make so if I make a GTO one it will be posted first come first serve.

Excellent product, but I already have it... I would recomend it to everyone though! It is especially nice to have it if you have lambo doors.
