    yea get some really long snap ring plies to do the ball joints..... will make life easier on ya, getting tired of the "super duty shuffle" as us ford mechanics call it ?

    Nice truck I have a 7.3l excursion and love it. I get around 20 highway 14.5 city.

    Ported heads, IPS 2mm oversized valves, Delta 264/272 cams, 3SX High rev valve springs, 3SX cam gears,
    Merkel 6g72 3.5L BILLET crank stroker (going in this summer), 3sx poly motor mounts
    IPS EvoIII turbo kit, HKS SSQV bov, ETS anodized FMIC, AEM intake filters, Tanabe Turbo Back Concept G Blue Exhaust,
    HKS DLI, Ultra spark plug wires, Denso iridium IK24 spark plugs,

    yea, you should be well over 11mpg...



    ...we got ~14 with those wheels/tires/lift on ours (36x13.5 and 6" lift) went back to normal size tires and gained 2-3 mpg back. Best we have ever seen is 19, but that was factory tires size, no lift, easy cruise up to sacramento, 1900rpm max, and a tailwind

    Sadly, the autos are known to not get the best mileage, so you are already handicapped there. Open up the intake and exhaust, ECM specific chip as mentioned will help as well.
