"evo" (482) maf

Up for sale is a 482 MAF. The 482 MAF flows IDENTICAL to the EVO 399 and is rated the same 240 liters/second with the same 0.5 psi pressure drop (compared to the stock 3/S MAF with it's nearly 1.0 psi pressure drop). Included is a connector and pigtail as well. Wiring it in is super easy. The only difference between this MAF and the stock 3/S MAF is the connector design. Same number of wires in the same order. Just splice and go.

This is a great upgrade for anyone with a tunable or flashable setup!

As far as I know, the only difference between the 482 and 399 MAFs is the 482 has a feed horn (flap) at the top of the inlet. Apparently the EVO has a weird air box and Mitsu does not put that feed horn on the 399.

This is not the same as the Eclipse/Montero 501 MAF. The 501 is junk. And I believe the 501 is only rated at 120 liters/second.

I have successfully been running stock boost control with 450cc injectors, 482 "EVO" MAF, and 15g turbos on my 1999 VR4. I can run from wastegate to 16 pounds with no problems.
