Rematch of BMW 135i vs. my VR-4 plus SRT-4 and STi

So my buddy finally came back to town to visit in his BMW 135i..for those unaware its a mini version of the 335i...twin turbo inline 6. The last time we raced from a 35mph roll, I beat him by 1.5 to 2 cars. My mods are: built motor, ported heads, MTC 19T's@6.5lbs boost, clutch/FW, and downpipe with no cats. He was bone stock.

This time around, he flashed his car and put on intake filters. The cars pickup about 80whp with those mods. Unfortunately I wasn't able to crank up my boost just yet, but the good news is my car is running on a flashed ecu successfully now. I'm still on stock fuel and stock boost, but I have evo 560's, an evo maf and a walbro 255 sitting in the trunk. I'm just finishing up my battery relocation and I'm going to rewire the pump while im at it. Then I'm going to slowly tinker with ecuflash and go e85..

Anyways, here is what happened this time around from a 40ish roll...

It was a great race, he pulled on me pretty good...I would say about 2-4 cars judging by the vids.. Impressive for only a reflash and cone filters!!

Another friend also came along...he's got a 2011 STi with a COBB flash on it. Its 'stage 1'. I had a chance to run him also...here is the video:

I'm not sure what happened in the first run, but in the second one I brake boosted and got a jump on the STi, but around the middle of 4th gear he creeped up by 1/2 a car. It was a good race all the way till the end..

Finally, also ran my friends SRT-4 neon. Its also got a built motor, cams, completely bolted and running a stock turbo with a stage 2 tune(which is crap) around 22psi spike holding 17lbs to redline...its really gonna become viscous after it gets dyno tuned....they make over 400lbs of torque with the stock turbo...

Anyways, thanks for reading, comments are welcome!

Its great for these guys right now cause when I crank up the boost, its not gonna be fun anymore for me...

At first I thought something didn't look right, because with 19T's, you should be whooping them....until I went back over it and saw you were only running 6.5 psi. It will make a huge difference once you can get up closer to 20 psi, those races won't even be close.

Pretty impressive for only 6.5 psi! It's amazing how well these cars still compare to the latest and greatest out there.

Yeah, Im pretty happy at how the car performs at wg boost. I'm not content with the speed, I think its slow as hell but for the time being, its getting the job done... It will be a night and day difference with 20+lbs of boost and e85...Im hoping to hit 550whp you guys think its possible??

Im so excited, I just ordered new window trims and trunk trims...I can't wait for the car to look immaculate!
