my wife studied Russian in college.

That is so awesome. I have always wanted to learn Russian. Outside of Ireland, it's the other place I want to visit before I die. Hope you can make it and give Megan a chance to dust off her Russian vocab skills!!

Yea me being in the Army and my Wife being a DOD employee we can not partake in said activity.

Not Amsterdam, YET, right now you're just unable to purchase in the southern border area if you are not registered at said stores. I don't see it happen in Amsterdam in the near future though.

Id go see Rome if i were you or Barcelona.
