Cheap harbor freight separator and BFH worked like a charm.

Stupid question is probably stupid... do the heim joins need dust covers/boots? If so, can you put them on if I buy them.
I don't offer them but you can get them pretty cheap on ebay (I think that's where most get them). They really just slide on but I guess if you want me to buy some and slip them on I can.![]()
If you're worried about durability I'd go with the teflon option I offer. With that, as long as you're not driving in lots of snow/salt you shouldn't have issues without covers.
