Need to re-wire 92 plug to work with 95 radiator fans. Possible?
The 92 plug from my vr4 has 6 pins and the NA 95 has a 4 pin plug.

That pic looks like a driver side fan..? You need to re-wire the passenger side fan correct?
Actually both fans. The main connection from the fuse box does not match up on the 1st and 2nd gens.
The first gen had a temp sensor built into the radiator, maybe that's why it has 6 pins and the 2nd gen only had 4.
Yes, the first gen has the fans controlled by thermal switches, the 2nd gen is controlled by the ECU...
What radiator are you using? what harnesses and ECU do you have?
92 vr4 with 95 Cali spec auto ecu and engine harness. The fuse box wiring is still the stock 92. The radiator and fans are from the 95.
