Thread: my new OEM TOB after less than 100 miles

    Told him his pivot ball was shimmed and the clutch needed to be adjusted. I don't think that's the issue tho. The issue was the trans. The bellhousing and midcase were shattered at one point in time and re-welded. The repair is prolly wonky and the pivot point must be off. "back together" and "in the right place" might be the issue becase the last time I did the clutch the TOB was split also.

    You've mentioned this in other threads and I'm curious about this, like info...parts list, mods to do this? Are you using a hydraulic unit made of all metal? I see a lot of this style of TOB using plastic, especially on Fords...just curious about your setup
