Well there is no movement in the drive shaft at all not. I also just replaced all of the mount bushing with new OEM as the old ones were falling apart.

Output shaft was fine. I haven't checked the spool yet. It's on my list of things to check when I check out the transfer case. Still running a stock clutch

I have some play in the front wheels which I know is from the steering rack itself. Front Wheel bearings where replaced and half shafts are all good.

    Check it out on Youtube!!

Well I couldn't actually see any play in my shaft but the PST definitely made a big difference. It's a good upgrade if you got the cash anyway. I hope you can figure it out before BRG but if you don’t then take me for a ride and maybe I can give some ideas.

Yeah It won't be fixed before BRG. I've been dealing with it and the trans rattle far over a year now. I'll take ya for a ride and BRG so you can feel it.

You know what cured my trans rattle? I bent the clip that holds the fork to the ball in so much it was very hard to get back on. I had to reach in behind the fork and hold the clip out to slip it on. Anyway that took care of it.

I put a stethoscope on the trans and the noise if from inside. the gear housing. I changed out the bearings thinking that was the issue and still rattling... you'll hear it next week.

How are the u-joints on the driveshaft itself? I believe lawdogg changed the u-joints on his. There are several threads on the issue on the other site.

U-joints are good. No binding and still smooth .
