    It doesn't attach to our clip at all. It clips over the frame of the console. I have one pic but it doesn't show the mount detail.

    Looks like a nice idea, if not just to keep a phone in place. How is it while moving? Does it vibrate a lot, or is it fairly solid?

    It moves with the bumps in the road, if I was wanting to mount a palm there for data logging, I would try to secure it better. But this is way better then letting the phone sit in the center console.

    Mine is rock solid, absolutely no movement.

    This is exactly how I have my logger mounted. Works and looks great IMO.

    The "J" bend post is why mine has movement, it is not horrible.
