Since the weather turned, I've noticed a young-ish girl traipsing around my neighborhood - she appears to be a bit off, organically - wearing high-heels, singing to herself, chatting up people in their yards, inappropriate stuff like that.

Nobody seems to know her or where she came from, where she lives, etc., and I can't help but think she could easily end up as one of those "girl raped/disappeared" stories, even around here, and what is there to do after-the-fact, except bemoan the fact that it happened?

I really can't understand how somebody could do this to another person. If guilty they will probably get 5 years and be out in 2 to make room for some pot head. I've pretty much lost all hope for the USA.

how does it seriously happen multiple times over multiple occasions with multiple people if someone isnt providing it to them as some kinda service. theirs more to this than what they released and its sick and no doubt if it would have gone un noticed or the video would not have spread it would still be going on
