I've got one for sale, although you might not be satisfied with the condition and will have to strip the paint off.
I would, but because how low my car budget is currently, I am going to have to put the thermostat housing issue aside. All the stuff I have been doing lately costs me basically nothing. I'm saving the money I do have for the all the under body stuff so I can get the car off the jack stands and able to roll before its time to move out of my house. Thanks for the offer though.

Couldn't just tap and thread some new ones? Maybe even AN fittings?

I might do this, I don't mind the oem style hoses so I may just replace the nipples with some barbed fittings.

I cleaned the inside of mine using the home made soda blaster. Worked perfectly. Wasn't difficult to clean either.

I also sanded and coated the nipples with the rest of the part.

Crazy you mentioned that, after my last update, I tried soda blasting it and it did take off the rust. The barbs are too far gone, I feel like they would crush if I tried to put a hose over them. After cleaning them up with a wire wheel, I uncovered some extra holes in them, lol. I ditched my home-made soda blaster and just used my siphon gun out of my cabinet, it is definitely more efficient than the tube taped to blow gun.

Show off Yours thermostat housing looks amazing. Everything else in there too. What did you use on your turbo heat shields? I just ordered a used set and need to do something with them, thinking of ceramic coating but I keep reading about it having a short-life. I assume they get too hot for powder or zinc plating..

The yellow/green parts are going into my 99 SL which is a crazy restoration like what you're doing. AWD conversion, complete tear down and redo of everything metal...

I looked into plating the turbo heat shields but the plater wouldn't touch them as they are not steel. I went with a rustoleum 2000 degree paint.

Thanks. Honestly you are one of my motivators to go work on my car. There has been more than one occasion while I am sitting on the computer doing nothing, debating whether I should go out in the garage, and I think "green lantern wants some updates, better go out there. No joke, lol.

Ok, glad they are for 2 different cars.. might have looked a little Mountain Dew-ish on the same car I can't imagine having 2 builds going on at the same time along with all the work you seem to be doing with the chrome ecu. The parts for both cars look great though. I didn't even know you had any builds going on, this is the first I have seen you post about them.

Hmm, I wonder what they are, they definitely stick to a magnet and they definitely rust lol. The paint looks good, have you been able to drive your car yet or are you still doing the final touches? I'm curious to see how it holds up.
