    about corbeau seats

I though that choice would be easy, but then I started to read more and search. I'm 6' (last time I checked) and with helmet my only choice is A4?
The A4 is the perfect adjustable racing seat for tight spaces and minimal headroom applications.
How much headroom would I have with LG1 or CR1 and how to they compare to a stock seat? Without the helmet I can raise stock seat almost all the way up.

I've got the LG 1's in black leather. I'm 5'10" and I had no problems wearing a helmet with those seats, although, I don't know how much space there was between the helmet and the roof.

I'm still in the process of fitting a forza seat with a side mount bracket in my car. I'm 5'10" and I can't seem to get shit for headroom.

I'm 5'11.5", but may have more height in my torso than some.

I got the FX1 Pro for the drivers seat and FX1 for the passenger seat. On each seat, there were 4 mounting boss/pedestals. I had to carefully grind these down to gain ~1" of head clearance and achieve the reclining angle that I want. After doing that, and modifying the Corbeau brackets (to make them FIT the F'ing car!), I was able to use the sliders on the passenger seat.

On the drivers seat, I simply couldn't use the Corbeau sliders because they add another ~inch of height. I ended up modifying the drivers side Corbeau bracket so much that it might have been simpler to start from nothing.

The seats are very comfortable and the install turned out awesome, but be prepared for a HUGE amount of work.

I better stick with stock seats... 6'3'' lol. I usually have my seats as low as I can get them so I have a little bit of head room.

Custom mounts ftw. If you are tall you should find a local shop to build you brackets rather than buying the pre-fab ones.

Quick note, if you have a 97+ car with a sunroof, you have 2" less headroom than a steel roofed car. It's horrible.

I don't think there is a sliding seat on earth that will fit with me and a helmet. I'm 6'0
