Tensioner pulley bolt

I've read too many horror stories lately regarding reusing the #7 bolt for the tensioner pulley. I am currently replacing it with the factory upgrade #8. The FSM calls for 35lb torque, should I bump this up for the #8?
Red loctite or dry?
Man I wish that bolt was lefthand thread!!!

I used stock torque and no loctite

I've re-used that bolt more times than I can count, but I've torqued it on my personal car a half dozen times, so this last time the belt was off I replaced it with new OEM. I used OEM torque and no thread locker.

And I agree, left hand thread would be ideal.

Thought I should clarify that torque setting-
35lb is what is listed for the tensioner pulley bolt in the 6g72 overhaul manual
The regular FSM calls for 42lb....wtf?
I went with the 42lb.
