the connectoron the trigger wire had two different clamps wih i think speaker wire? i gt rid of that whole wire and re ran good power wire for the trigger. Solved.

When i was putting the battery back in the car, i did snag the positive side terminal connector, but checked what i could and it all looked fine. But, im not 100% sure.

The clutch i just really think is the issue or the flywheel. What do you think?\\\oh and jack said i can have that Output shaft

If you had an issue with grounding the starter trigger wire it's likely you're looping interference thru the ignition booster ground and the coil is picking up interference.

The other thing I would need to know is your car, is it setup with 02 feedback on or off. If the feedback is off it's probably going to run shitty right now because it's snowing and cold and the air quality is like 13000ft above sea level and you have no correction table setup if you're running closed 02 feedback. It could just be cold out so don't go changing a ton of stuff because it's going to be 70 degrees tomorrow.

You could potentially have a clutch issue, have you changed anything on it? Have you checked the fluid? When was the last time you drove it?

it ran fine yesterday after i got off the phone with you. it was perfect. the last time i drove it was three weeks ago before i took out the tcase. it ran perfect. like i said i havenet chaged anything except the plugs. but, it ran fine last night and it even backfired today. i was pushing the 2step to see if maybe it would clear out flooded fuel, and the rpms was going nuts and erratic around 3500-4000 and my 2step is setup to 5500

Pull the plugs bro and check em.

I would check the coils, plugs and wires and then tap into the MFI service port behind the passenger shock tower with an oscilliscope and see if there's any interference in the injection electronics. You know you had an active short. That's prolly what it is and you're going to have to find it... which sucks.
