I'm really liking the look of these, they give a nice look to the big empty space behind the door... Any ideas as to how these could/should be done?

Do you think there'd be any way to to pull it off with the stock panel making it an actual functioning duct? I was thinking it'd be something a little better than using the side skirts for rear brake ventilation...
