Beyond what else has been said, I'd highly suggest p/h/w function in whatever gauges you get. When racing, you damn sure can't be looking at 5+ gauges. The one that was most important to me was WBo2, so I put it in a simple cup style pod on the top of the steering column. The gauges in the dash I had warnings set up so as not to have to be looking at them.

Yeah - I may just get a spare a-pillar piece and mount the pod, anyway, for now - problem is that I'm installing a 1 1/2 DIN HU, and it screws up the available space there for additional gauges.

I'll have to do more investigating vis a vis the flashable, too.
Ranked No. #1 in initial quality

Idiots, simply by being idiots, seem capable of achieving randomly bad things that are beyond the imaginings of sensible people.

Good ideas, Jeremy - won't be racing, but warning capability is foregone.

I have the Stri DSD series and love them. They're affordable, have all the features you need, look good, and are accurate. Defi is of course probably top of the list. AEM makes quality gauges all around, not just wideband.

If you're interested in a set let me know and I can get you pricing.

I'll keep that in mind, Terry - thanks.

I cheaped out with the 60mm v2 stri's. They appear to be acurate, and no issues in a bit over a year. And IMO, 60mm just fit the center holes (and my eyesight) better.
At some point I'll pull them and blacken the bezels.

Yeah, yeah, the vents are dirty...
cheaped out? those are not exactly cheap imo at 180$ a piece.

Anyone can recomend a cheaper brand?

Glenn, you said you basically just pushed those 60s in for a tolerance-fit?

    Prosport are trash.

They are accurate, but their motor is a damn snail compared to other gauges.

Yeah, the 60's just shove in.

IIRC, with 52's, if you retain the black plastic ring set from the original gauges, you can shove the gauges through the dash and then through the plastic ring set and they won't move. I have 52's in the stock spots in the dash.

That said, the 60's definitely look better.
