I also use the correct 225/55/16 on my 91 TT. It is the same size that Tire Rack lists/listed when they sold winter setups for the TT

I forgot about it because it ended on the weekend. Had one bid at $4,000. That was upsetting. Then, apparently the $4,000 bid ended up being non payment, and the guy relisted it a week later (I didn't know this) and it sold for $3,250. That was a kick in the nuts.

I have been entertaining the idea of transferring my engine, etc to a VR4 rolling shell.
I have two sets of rims and tires I really didn't want to give up but with this information that will not be a problem.

I even ran some rims that came from a buddies Eclipse. They look exactly the same as the VR4 stockers from 91 but in size 16 and I think the tires are 225's(That 8?). So Im not sure what car they actually came from but the barely, and I mean barely clear the VR4 calipers.
