    Angry Guess who gets to pull the O2 housings??

    This guy...yup thats right went to replace the O2 sensors and the rear one fucked the bung up so at this point i'm pulling the housings and just going to replace them.

    have fun! i broke a stud fri. i forgot to add heat to the equation after spraying pb blaster.

    then you should still be able to heli-coil it. proper heli-coil requires you to tap the hole bigger then put the coil in. If it didn't take too much extra material there should be enough to tap it out. I had to tap heli coil all 3 of the trans mount holes due to them getting all buggered up from so many pulls.

    right but what O2 sensor would fit into that larger hole?

    Get the right helicoil and it will work fine. Otherwise its pretty easy to pull the rear O2 housing

    This also gives me an excuse to gut the precats and fix the leaks at my down pipe. so its not a big deal really.

    So after 5 months my car is done, both O2 sensors replaced and replaced the motor mounts with poly mounts while I had it that far apart. The good news the new O2 Sensors seem to have fixed my light throttle hesitation at low rpms.

    Glad to see it fixed your issue after all the work! I think I need to change my O2s as well

    How do you like the poly mounts?
