They don't port match anything. They say they will but they just grind the inside. It cost me $800 to make that manifold and they didn't do half of the stuff I asked them to do.I asked them to port the inside of the runners cut the bosses and smooth the tank and runners for polishing. I even sent my lower intake manifold with gaskets to get it ported and port matched. I asked them to weld the talk to the runners also. The only thing they did was smooth the runners and cut the bosses and clean the inside a little bid. The TB is Velocity Element. I was going with hypertune TB but the shop I called said they have a TB from thailand that's almost as good but a bit cheaper so I gave that a try. This is the TB but it's a 70mm one. 90mm one takes longer to make. The good thing is that 90mm is the inside diameter and not the outside diameter like most 90mm tb out there.

After l got the tb I think I should have spent the extra $100 and went with hypertune. the quality is pretty solid but the flange is too thick IMO and it doesn't use O-ring gasket like hyper tune. I also think hypertune has more option with TPS. I had to get a TPS from thailand to use it on mine since it seems like the GTO-3000gts use different TPS there?

Wow, wonder what went on there. That does not sound like Rich. I have not done a lot of business with him, but he is a long time friend, of a buddy which is the pickiest mofo I know. He has done a lot of custom stuff for him. Will have to bring that up with him.

I grabbed the plenum today. I want to clean it up a bit, and separate it before running it over.

Help them, for they know not that which they do not know!

Nice work Bill! I'm in for one for sure. I might be in for two tho. One with drivers side exit and another for passenger side..

What are the overall tank dimensions? Can you test fit one and measure how much room is available between the back of the intake and the firewall? I just want to make sure my rear J pipe will clear..

It's $700 for everything including a q45 TB, right? can we flange to a 95mm GM LS TB? What's the intake entrance diameter?

There is not one made presently. I will check on the dimensions further. Will be measuring the runner length on the na vs the tt in the am.
