Just as good as the good aftermarket filters IMO, but more expensive.

Since we are doing show-n-tell, here is my report from a week ago. First one ever for my engine. I guess at the mileage on the oil, as I couldn't find the docs for my last change.

I am considering changing from Mobil 1, though, since the consensus seems to be there are better options. I daily drive 5 miles each way, so the engine really never gets warm. I am thinking dropping from 10W30 to the Rotella T6 5W40 would give me better cold running performance.

Yeah really, they were about $8 at my local dealer. For $30 you can get 5qts of full-synth and a pureone filter.
