I just got off the phone with Cathy at the Sea Bay Hotel, and it looks like they will be giving us our own roped off parking lot, as long as we can fill up these rooms!!!

I think you need to get at least 3hrs for the banquet. In by 6 and out by 8 is pushing it to just get a large group in and have them eat.

How do we register and whats the price difference between pre-registration & day of at site? Hoping to make it this year or I'm bringing the Montero instead haha
