Chill and Grille 2010 part deux

I'm thinking of having one more gathering before the year is up. I need to come up with a date. I'd like to do it on a Tennessee game or maybe another UFC fight. Any ideas?

UFC fight on Saturday, September 25 and one on Sat, Oct 16. 25th might be too soon and 16th might be too late.

I'm cool with either date. Yeah 25th might be too short of notice for some people though.
