Looks to me the end links are too long and the bar isn't long enough. The hitting the floor I'd guess is from them trying to get as much clearance away from CFDS as possible instead of doing a compound bend operation. I haven't installed mine yet, but with all my other modifications I don't think I'm going to have these issues.

If I was you I'd BFH the floor and grind down the link a bit.

Also, how tight did you tighten the end link bolts? Looks the the bushing isn't compressed any. Tightening them until the bushings have a slight bulge might give you some clearance as well.

Good read I just learned this today haha.

Also, Id suggest running the car without swaybars and see how it reacts, then make your decision.. Least it seems like a good plan to me. Haha, its what Im going to do after the new suspension is in.

That angle just seems a little off to me, are you sure its not upside down?

Either way thats a bummer it doesnt fit. Im not sure Id trust it being that close to the axles even with grinding it down, because shits going to shift... Even if its the slightests, thats a little close for comfort for me at least..

IDK, it looks like it's going to rub the subframe if he drops the link and doesn't raise the bar and bring it forward in the tunnel. That bar needs some kind of modified bracket and a sleeve support to push it forward in the tunnel.

Did you have a hard time getting the swaybar links on because it's pressing against the floor? Looks to me (kinda hard to tell by pics) that if you fix the pressing on the floor issue and had a hair shorter links, everything would clear.

OK, just went to the garage, threw the stock arms on the subframe, and bolted in the Addco sway bar. Few things I found:

    1. extend your adjustable control arms so they are not bottomed out, just a few turns is enough. I don't know where these will end up after an alignment, but I can definitely see where this can limit my neg camber in the back.

    2. adjust the lower arm camber to full positive (both bolts toward each other/center). After installing the links this car be adjusted back maybe.

    3. bolt the bar to the subframe loosely, turn the endlinks a couple turns onto the lower control arm, Then insert the connecting bolt from the link to the bar, I had the entire bar bolted in 10 minutes once I sat there for a bit looking how everything went together. Cleared the axles...barely.

So far without the subframe being on the car I spotted a few issues. One being the links are a bit too long, the other is that the bar total width and arm length is wrong causing the links to be on the wrong side of the bar. This is the entire issue with this bar, 1" or less arm length (would affect the stiffness of the bar, I'll measure it and see exactly what this bar is to start) and a couple degrees change in the arm bend and this install would be cake.

To Jeremy: There's plenty of room for droop, I can attach the bar to the bottom of the lower arm if I wanted.

Pics will be had once I'm cleaned up. Without the subframe in the car it's a whole 'nother thing than trying to install it in the car, but so far I'm thinking it'll bolt in fine until I find another issue.

You see by the angle of the end link, that the bar is too short and at a funny angle:

My problem is the bolts for the axle hit the bolt head on the endlink a tad. A few minutes with a bender I no longer have would make me happier. Be aware that shortening the links will cause the bar to raise in the front, hitting the floor more.
