polishing 3000gt SL wheels

I know Emily said it's a waste of time, however I think I'm still going to go through with it. What I want to know is if anyone on this forum has ever done it/has some pictures they would care to show me of how they look.

There are chrome versions of those wheels, and really, the non chrome look MUCH better. Don't do it.

what about a polished lip and painted black center wheels?

That's also been done, but it looks pretty good actually. In fact its something I plan on doing to a set I have.

I've got 2 sets of these wheels and that's what I plan on doing. I'm putting one set on my brother's 95. and the other set on my 1988 300zx.
