NG12 Mega thread

All of the information you need(that we've released) in one place. This thread will be updated as information is finalized.

What: The 3000GT/Stealth National Gathering is the largest 3S specific event in the world. This is a full auto event not just a car show. We have 3 driving events (Drag Races, Autocross and Road Course), A Car show in a special location(we'll let you know soon). A T-Shirt created for the event. A Special discount rate on hotel . And an awards banquet to top it off. We've also got a huge raffle with prizes from all sponsors and several smaller events like a poker run.

In an effort to cut costs and to reflect the lower registration numbers this year, we've made some adjustments to the NG12 schedule. Please especially note the change to the drag race time.

Tuesday, June 19th

5pm - 7pm: Registration at Official Hotel
7-9pm: Reception sponsored by Official Hotel
9:15pm: Welcome meeting for all Participants

Wednesday, June 20th

9:15am: Road Course caravan assembles in front parking lot of main hotel
9:30am: Caravan departs for Road Course event at Lucas Oil Raceway
10am: Pace lap for road course drivers, followed by REQUIRED DRIVER’S MEETING
11am - 4pm: Road Course Event at Lucas Oil Raceway, sponsored by Morgan’s Motorsports
6:30pm-8:30pm: Swap Meet in hotel parking lot
8pm - 9pm : Event registration at Official Hotel
9pm: Welcome Meeting for all Participants

Thursday, June 21st

8:45am: AutoCross caravan assembles in front parking lot of main hotel
9am SHARP: AutoCross Participants/Spectators depart for Lucas Oil Raceway
9:30am: Gates open for AutoCross
10am: REQUIRED DRIVER’S MEETING FOR ALL AUTOCROSS DRIVERS
11am-7pm: AutoCross Event at Lucas Oil Raceway, sponsored by 3sgto.org
9pm-10pm: Weekender registration at main hotel

Friday, June 22nd

8am-9am: Weekender registration at Official Hotel
9am: Caravan assembles for Drag Race event
9:15am: Caravan departs for Lucas Oil Raceway Park
9:30-10:30am: Tech Inspection for all Drag Race Participants
10:45am: REQUIRED DRIVER’S MEETING FOR ALL DRAG RACE PARTICIPANTS
11am-3pm: Drag Race Event at LORP, sponsored by Maximal Performance

Saturday, June 23rd

10am: Gather at main hotel for caravan to Car Show at Monument Circle
10:30am: Caravan leaves for Car Show
10:45am: Caravan begins to arrive at Car Show
11am-3pm: Car Show Event on Monument Circle, sponsored by 3000GT/Stealth Supply
3pm: Depart Monument Circle
5:30pm: Gather at main hotel for caravan to Banquet
5:45pm: Caravan departs for Banquet
6pm-9:30pm: Banquet, sponsored by Ground Zero Performance

June 24th Sunday

Have a Safe Trip Home.

Prices:

Hotel
Full Registration - $120 (includes T-Shirt, Access to all events, Banquet and Car Show entry). Use if attending Tuesday - Sunday.
Weekender - $80 (includes T-Shirt, Drag Race Spectator pass, Banquet and Car Show entry). Use if attending Friday - Sunday.
Guest - $60 (Includes appropriate spectator passes and Banquet)
Drag Race - $45
AutoCross - $40
Road Course - $140
Extra T-Shirts - $20
T-Shirt for people not coming to the NG $25(Includes Shipping. Shipped After the NG)

Hotel Information:
Will be provided after you pay. $79 per night per room.

This will happen two ways.
Automatic: If you pay via paypal and follow the links back toe the NG site.
Manual: Any other payment method or if you paid via paypal and did not get back to the NG site once the payment has been confirmed a verification email will be sent and it will have the information. We will be reviewing paypal payments once each day.

Since Chris' transplant has been pushed back so far, we know we won't be able to make it this year. I hope everyone has a great time and we'll be thinking of ya'll and watching threads for updates and pics as they happen!!!
