Anyone know the best way to measure maximum CPU core speeds? Right now I'm using prime95 torture test and CPU-Z to measure the speeds but I can only get it up to 3.9Ghz. If I use CPU Speed Pro it only reads as 3.3Ghz. It's supposed to be overclocked to 4.2Ghz and I want to make sure it is so.
