Thread: Dyno Results for Midwest Turbo Connection (MTC) 7659 Billet TD05's (Stage 4's)

    Chris,
Not a stroker, yet. Just 6g74. I have a 4340 6g75 Merkel crank sitting here but it's still in the box for now. Sent you a PM regarding a question I had from your previous testing...

    Neverenoughhp,
I drive it on the street, but not a ton. Maybe put on 1500 miles a year at most.

    Fullracegt,
Standard TD05 IPS headers. All of my TD05s are with external Tial gates however. Custom made 3" O2 housings, to a 4" Downpipe, to 4" Catless-back.

    NomiezVR4,
We're currently looking at improving piping diameters/bends on the pre-turbo piping (only 2.25" now, bumping this to 3" now), post-turbo IC piping (dual 2" now, considering bumping this to 2.5" - which currently feeds into 3" inlet/outlet FMIC and 3" to TB), and considering shortening the intake manifold runners drastically. Also going to be adding a small secondary methanol/water nozzle pre-intercooler for additional air charge cooling.

I'm working on finishing up a couple of the comparison graphs.

    Here's the first graph:
Nice! Looks like boost is holding all the way to redline. Wonder what 40psi would look like

    Edit:

I used the dyno graph Eric posted with a 3.5 and race gas as a little comparison between DR1000's and our Stage 4's. Our stage 4's are in the orange . Just as a disclaimer these are different cars with lots of differing factors... but just as a fun comparison between the two

I think that was on race gas with the dr1000s; not e85.

    This one is a 3.5 (6g74), race gas, dr1000 (.48) at 28psi

Jrinks crosses 500tq and 600tq a hair sooner.
