^^^ for that issue ^^^ drain the gas tank, cut them flush, and drill them out. Pull a knurled stud thru the gas tank flange by torquing a nut from the top till you seat it. No need to buy a gas tank for that issue. Just put knurled stainless studs in the gas tank.
