Many overseas links to ASA are corrupt, or no longer available. When installing the quick way as I have previously done, ASA will reload itself every time you use it, which causes a problem when that link is broken. This is IMO the easiest way to install ASA without all the hassle. (U.S. version)

About 1/2 way down you will find the link to the ASA file, as well as the CAPS file (In addition to the 3/s manuals). The download comes with an install guide, telling you what to do at every stage of the install. No passwords, no drive cloning, no nonsense. From there you can use the information NicksVR4 has given to get the price list, as well as work out any querks that might come up. Again, this was the easiest way I have found to install ASA. (will probably have problems with Win7 & newer, not unlike other options.)
Post any questions and I will try to help with what limited knowledge I have.
