I'm no suspension guru but I thought toe out in the front helps turn in and toe in is for straight line stability/tracking.
Phil said he fights the same low speed push with his car. He said he ran toe out in the rear and it was much much better but stability in low traction areas (rain) was terrible. Not worth trying if you will ever have run in the rain. I may still try it.
Another plan is to delete/disable the 4ws. No one has ever given substantial proof that it helps on a roadcourse. Once its disabled i will run a few races and see if I can actually feel any difference. I think the 4ws prevents me from being able to flick the car as easily.
