Thread: Question About Floor Mats

    Question About Floor Mats

OK, so I have two original 3000GT stitched floor mats, but the underside matting is all but disintegrating. Any suggestions on how to reline the carpeting to make them viable floor mats again? It'd be a pity to get rid of them, as they're in such good condition.

    No clue.

I do have a solution till you find a way to fix them. Target sells some nice Goodyear mats that fit well. The tan ones match the tap carpet in my SL. The grey ones look close too. I think the set(2 front 2 rear) was $25. The rear are too big for our cars.

scrape it all off, and maybe use upholstery glue to adhere a foam padding of some sort...

I was thinking if I could find a set of floormats that were close in size I could have a shop stick the stealth logo's into them... I just hate spending a ton of money on something that my feet will be getting dirty lol
