1. anytime someone posts on the forum with a how-to, could we get it added to the "how to" section? i copied an pasted a writeup i did on 3si over to here; but it would be better as an actual how-to, rather than just a thread sitting somewhere.

2. florida3s.com is the official florida chapter forum. evan (shooter 83) is the man in charge. update the chapter listing to reflect that.
