When you do the leak down test are you hearing the air coming from the intake or exhaust? Definitely sounds like the cams are putting pressure on a valve. You might not be exactly on TDC or the cam gears are causing one to open a tad. Try and wiggle the cam gears during the test.

I think I would run it then test it again after some break in.
The air is rushing out both sets of ports. I tried moving things around a bit as I was testing and same results. I would run it and see what it does, but I don't see how it can run leaking this bad.
