99 Rear Garnish Decal + Lights

Hey guys, I just got a '99 rear garnish and it does not include the Diamond decal. Is there a cheaper place to get a decal than 3sx? I can't justify $30 + $10 shipping for a sticker.

Also, are the '99 rear back up lights the same as the '92?
