The way Bama's D played last night, i think they would have imposed their will on any offense that showed up on the field. LSU looked scared to be on the field in the 2nd half.

I watched WVU give one away (with HUGE help from the refs) to Uconn, in baseketball. Then turned the MNC game on. I, honestly, was pretty entertained. *shrug* It does suck to see an in-conference rematch, but it was the right teams if you look at the 1 loss teams, and their losses. I don't mind a hardnose defensive game. I was surprised to see Mathieu get burned so often, and the LSU special teams was anything but. In the end, 'Bama was better prepared, and definitely deserve the win.

I think we are going to get a dose of some playoffs this next season or the year after. They wouldn't even talk about it before but since pretty much only SEC fans watched the game they lost big money. Everybody wants a playoff even if it's the top 4 teams so it's going to f-ing happen sooner or later. Have you met anybody that isn't in favor of a top 8 playoff?

You might see it sooner than you think. There's money to be made there and it's finally being took seriously. 2013 season 2014 championship I wouldn't be surprised to see some sort of playoff.

BCS has already explicitly stated that any new changes would be enacted at the beginning of a new contract. The current contract ends in 2013.
