    Question 99 VR4 wing

I have a CF 99 VR4 wing and I'm having problems with it not fitting together right. Any one close to me that has one the fits together right willing to compare wings and see what it wrong with mine? Thanks if you can help.

    I have a CF wing,

    What is not fitting right?

You do need to drill new holes in the hatch and I strongly recommend drilling the inner holes for the 3rd bolt on each side.

Before I get hazed and booed at, this is where the info is and I can not post picture to the forum with my iPhone. This thread was started before the "big switch" The pics on post #20 are of my actual wing and post #21 is mine too.

Again this is not endorsing the other site, it's just where the pictures are.

I'd do what CFH suggested and either have the middle bar replaced (one end is too fat) or mask off the visible part and sand it down. Obviously, it's not "right" to have to do either, but crap happens

CFH sent me to his contact where he get the wings and he said that it needs to be on the car to fit together right. But wouldn't both sides fit on or off the car? But I'll humor him and mount it up on the car. Just wanted to see if someone wanted co come by and compare wings.

Got the 99 wing on today and it's still way off. The passenger side still doesn't fit and now it's time to deal with the distrubitor of the wing.

Good luck with that, it's a huge bummer to go out and drop the money on something and have it not working.
