So, with my wife not being able to eat like a normal person due to her recent surgery, she has taken to looking at recipes constantly in preparation for when she can.


She also knows that I'm a true carnivore and is always looking for something to make that isn't of my normal fare. She recently came across a recipe from the wife of a rancher out west who is a phenomenal cook who has been featured on Food Network. While browsing her site, she found this:
