generally speaking, td05's will get you power with less tweaking. you usually have to optimize a td04 system more to get the same amount of power than you can get from td05's with modest tweaking. 19t-hl's will do it...but for the hassle (and the potential for future upgrade, 700/750's seems to be a better idea. of course, if you went with td05's, you have a LOT more headroom for future potential. and billet 16g's is way, way overkill for 550awhp on 3.4L. you won't even need meth to get to 550awhp, imho.

that setup would probably be overkill for small td04s. if it was me, i would not go any smaller than the dr700. man any dr turbo can get you your power goals with just basic mods lol. ray p made what 550 awhp with the dr650s and other basic shit. thats just crazy! id you wanna go td05, then just get the ips kit. 16gs will make good power. some people can make more than others with the 16g. i bet them billet ones would be sick. and im pretty sure u have enough fuel to support i hope?

If you are looking at 550whp go TD05. Sure the 19T can get you there, but as has been said already you have to maximize the potential of everything in your set up to hit, whereas a proper 16G set up isn't even near its full potential at 550whp with proper support.

stock lines should be good with your goals. but one walbro, i dont know. ive read that they run out at around 525 awhp or so. but who knows. the meth kit will help too. just go td05. u can always go bigger. just get the 16gs and if you want them in billet go ahead and upgrade. you can also get any turbo with the td05 hotside as well. pte 5557, 5857 and so forth. but then you know there will be some back pressure with them big turbos on them housings.

I would go w/IPS's EVO III 16g's (MHI). I have this set-up and plan on doing the billet upgrade from MTC in the near future. You will thank yourself going td05 later. So much more power especially w/your current set-up.
