16g MHI turbo wastegates will easily handle 550awhp, imho. especially on a 3.4L, where you won't need as much boost to get there.

my block is only .040 over. i mistype first time sorry. so its only 3.05L

Do you have a budget? How much money do you have for the build? It's always best to talk in dollars when asking for build advice from these guys. Saves time and ensures you're pointed in the right direction. It's important to know how much it could potentially cost.

Even if you have cost in mind you should double or triple what you think you want to spend.

If you don't want to go over $5000, expect to spend close to $10,000.

For 550 wheel horsepower I would go dr750. Cant really believe all these people saying tdo5 takes less work. Look at rays red car for crying out loud 500 some hp with like 6 mods on dr650s.

money always problem but over pass 6-7 years i already have in the car 12k$,plus right now this engine build(engine not in car yet)7k$+ im tired slowly go there so i want get it done right now and worry about pay credit cards later. what about dr 800/900 kit??? plus it cant be much more only left its fuel supply+AEM or weight reduction. but i know its just never end-this why this car is money pit

Do not go putting thousands on credit cards to finance your build. I made a mistake of putting too much money on credit cards a few years ago and its taken me a long time to catch up. Its not worth it. If I hadn't of been stupid in the past I'd be able to be putting this additional $600+ in savings every month rather than toward purchases I made 5 years ago.
