Its 2am and I just started my car for the first time in 3 years. It can't move, is missing several parts, doesn't even have a MAS on it, but it f-ing runs!!! I am so stoked!

Compleat rebuild. Pitons/rings./bearings. Rebuilt heads, adjustable cam gears. 16T's. Frot header, pre cat eliminators, 99 lifters. Lots of other little stuff.

Your oil pressure sensor should be on the engine not sitting in your headlight bucket

And congrats on getting it going. Since you are running MAFless are you going AEM and speed density?

make that first drive perfect! take your time.

what do i really know about taking a fresh motor out for a drive? nothing. that's just what i'd do with anything that i'm so excited about.

Haha. Actually that was my fuel pressure sensor.

And no, I am going GM blow through.

I have done a large amount of rewiring on my car so I was actually just making sure I had it all correct. When I bumped it over the first time it turned over a few times and then started right up.

Yes, 3 years. I bought a house, went through a divorce, and built my shop in the middle on all of that.
