    For the non believers...

PPIH fuel and scale manager and groundskeeper helped me pull the hood and hatch and then I re-weighed.

    MeTarzan,

I think Erron pretty much hit the nail on the head as this car meets and exceed the safety standards for CHCA (Colorado Hill Climb Associated), PPIHCA (Pikes Peak International Hill Climb Association), SCCA Spec, FIA, NASA, Redline Time Attack, and the NHRA. It safety qualifies for ALL OF THEM! It's overbuilt so I can race it wherever the hell I want to. Styles and types of racing wether they be hill, time attack, drag, or roadrace are adjustments away for me as it doesn't really matter "Because Racecar".

Every adjustment or change wether it be fuel, calibration, suspension, turbo swap, panel swap, clutch swap, drivetrain repair and etc... can be done in less than 1 hr. Which means this car can be taken apart, fully re-assembled, and ready to race in whatever style of racing I choose in 1 day... I.E. "Because Racecar" It was my intention to build it this way!

Haha, awesomeness! It sure looked different on the other side of my grinding shield. Good thing I was wearing a hood, shield, respirator and all my PPE.

    Good times E-Dogg!

No doubt, plenty of laughter this last weekend. One hell of a fun build! I'll tell ya man, typically these cages take me weeks to complete. It's amazing what can be done with two guys that know what to do, it just gets done. Really, really, a lot of fun to do.

you might want to check the LEGALITY of the stich welding of the chasis, since the only racing application it is legal in is Rally and Drift racing due to the fact that you get a lot of Tagging done and dont want the body falling apart on you and since you have removed ALL crumple zones all the impact will be directed to the driver directly thus making it unsafe for a high speed impact with a wall or other object.
