well 400 people and going strong right now is testing its limits pretty heavily now I'm quite sure. If he stays on top of it and ups the speed to the site when necessary I'm sure it will be fine . Seems like it is holding up good for now. I've seen forums with even less people go way slower and it was sad. It kind of killed things.
