Can someone tell me what the "golden" setup would be for a 94 VR-4? New 99 VR-4 ECU and Tactrix 2.0 cable? Is that it? Any other adapters?

add a map sensor and conversion harness but yeah that would be it.

YOu should check your o2s are going to the right pins on the 98/99 ecu. The manuals contradict themselves on these pins.
You may have an issue with your maf haness too.

First 100% compatible VR4 ECU is done.... Every circuit is 100%!!!!

Initial testing in my car indicates everything is working... More testing this week.

Congrates again Brett. I also independently finally fixed the BCS circuit today. So... Second 100% compatible VR4 ECU is done... Every circuit is 100%!!!!

Greg is getting the gm map sensor to work, i hear... BUt yes you can make your 94 harness work with some pigtails from a 98/99.

I would assume the evo x map sensor is just your standard linear response type right? So as long as the curve is known (easy to test and discover) then anything should work. Just checking that I didn't miss something crazy.

Here it is again...this is an old post. The 1 is enabled, and the 0 is disabled. Just match up the bits and make them enabled or disabled, and it should.
