I've included a pdf of the log, the relevant trims and 02 start on page 13 and o2 #2 is on page 25. I can make it a .txt or something else if you guys have a hard time reading this.

I don't know what the problem is, as you can tell from the log both sensors stop functioning, and the rear was working just fine before today. The trims stay the same at .1008.

The only thing I can think of is that my front o2 sensor, the connector touched the exhaust and it melted the two halves together but I was able to get them apart with what seems to me to be no damage to the connector bits themselves. I couldn't get the front 02 out of the precat even after tons of penetrating oil and a heat gun, so I but a new sensor in the downpipe just after the precat (there was already the bung there for a 2nd gen car). The new connector clicked into the car side connector just fine too.

I think thats all the relevant info.
real quick, do you mean the front o2 sensor before the pre-cat was seized? and you moved it below the cat?

also a bad/sensor reading lean will cause the car to run rich. are you in closed loop? do you have any codes? did you changed the injector scaling wrong, I.e you put 550 but you really have something smaller?

lastly, I think .1008 might be the reference voltage with no o2 hooked up, but you would throw a code unless you messed with the periphery bits.

All my cats are deleted, but yes the front one was seized and since there was a spot on my downpipe for another o2 sensor off of the front header I put the new one there. The front one is still reading only the front header.

I don't know if I'm in closed loop, how can I check that? And I'll have to check for codes too. Jester's Dread has been trying to help me and gave me the correct peripheries to use so they shouldn't be an issue. Scaling I tried 550, 527, 500, 450 and nothing changed the fuel trim readings.

We came to the conclusion the ecu I got is bad, so I'm gonna have him take a look at it. Any other ideas before I send it off though?

Measure the o2 voltage at the ecu harness. If it is near zero there is a wiring problem.

I just remembered that Aaron had a very similar issue as this and the issue turned out to be his ECU adaptor pins for the front and rear 02 sensors were swapped.

Quick test: disable bit 2 of periphery 0 and flash the ROM to your ECU. Does this make the car run better?

Disabled that bit and it basically caused the rear o2 to stop cycling. In the 2 minutes or so that I let it run like that the wideband was right on 14.2-14.3 so that's better then the 17's it would be at before.

o2 feedback trims were at 12s though. No change to the fuel trims.

I don't have a multimeter to test the wires, but I should be able to get one easily.
