Thread: output shaft help please.

    I got a few pics already, I will take plenty more as I go. I am getting off work in a bit and I will be heading home to try out the above mentioned tips.

    1991 Stealth RT/TT forged crank, new pistons/bearings/rings, T16's ceramic coated, precat deletes ceramic coated, full exhaust, FMIC, Dijon intake pips, adjustable cam gears.

    When I did it in the car, I was unable to pull the shaft out. I had to take of the tcase and bump it out with a rubber mallet.

    The only way to do it is with the tcase off theres a set of gears on the side of the spline of the output shaft that only come off one way

    Yeah, I have the transfer case off. And the shaft out, and new one on its way in as we speak. :-)
