    I would agree with that statement as well. If the 5V is coming directly out of the source (the TPS), then at least you know the problem traces back on the entire line.

    The evos are set up the same too

    Vacuum reduction, Powdercoated misc, cruise relocate, Evo9 BOV, Custom catch cans, Russell fuel filter, SS braided fuel lines, High flow fuel loop, Autogage fuel gauge, Catless DP, DNP Y-pipe, Fuel pump hotwire.

    Sensor ground is the first thing I'd check. If it fails the TPS output floats to 5v.
